I’ve worked in the mortgage industry since 1998 so I’ve had my share of working with the real estate community. What I can say with 100% certainty is that Mikahla Shook stands out from ALL THE REST! The Shook team was undeniably awesome to work with but Mikahla was exceptional! She managed to keep things professional, but yet somehow made it personal enough that we felt as if she were a part of our family. Always took the time for us! Knowing what a busy market she was in we never expected a quick response from her and man, you’d send her a text and before you had the opportunity to lock your phone up you’d see the infamous “….” as she typed back. She was above all the rest! If you EVER find yourself looking for a home to buy, or thinking it’s time to sell, there is one name that rings for our family, and should for yours, it’s Mikahla Shook!!!! We have been forever “Shook”ed!!!! Thank you guys for all you did for our family!!!! When Idaho is in our vacation plans…you bet we’ll be calling!

She helped us get a fantastic home one that we would have never thought to look at. And was essential is sealing the deal quickly. Without her we definitely would never have found or got our dream home. She was also super great to work with. She responds quickly and is fun to talk to and helpful in all aspects of home buying. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Mikahla. She was so great to work with, always answering my questions in a timely manner plus open and honest. We moved from out of state, bought a home sight unseen and I never had any doubts while I was in contact with Mikahla, she handled everything plus more. Mikahla was absolutely amazing to work with. She made buying a home for the first time a breeze. She went above and beyond. I was able to ask silly questions and she was so courteous in answering every question I had. She was extremely responsive. I never had to wait longer than ten minutes to get a response from her! She is absolutely fabulous and so thankful I got the pleasure of working with her!!!

I’ve experienced and dealt with a few different realtors this year, and no one has impressed me more than Mikahla. She’s extremely helpful, dedicated to her clients, and promotes utmost professionalism. I am a first time home buyer this year, and all of my curve ball questions about the process she answers with a great knowledge and advice (even in loan processes). I have never been so impressed with an agent before. She was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and she put up with us changing our mind and crazy work schedule and she hadn't even met us yet. She was so patient and always had a smile on her face. She made every step of the house buying process very easy and explained everything without complaint. I have sent my son to her and she will be the only person I will every recommend. She is the best.

Mikahla was amazing. We were on a time crunch and she went above and beyond to help us meet our deadline. She was always available to answer questions, she always knew the answers to those questions, she was professional while still very personable, she was great at negotiations and getting us what we needed, she worked around our crazy schedules, and she did all this while planning her wedding (which happened only a few days before we closed)! It was overall just a great experience buying our first home because of her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Our experience was amazing . Mikahla really listened to what we wanted and our price range. She never pressured us to buy a home and was always helpful. She went over and out on negotiations and helping us move in as soon as possible. She did amazing job at making sure things were perfect for us. She was in constant communication and did the majority of the hard work for us!
